Welcome to Summit K12!
This all-in-one guide will provide instructions, helpful links, and resources needed to ensure you are successfully onboarded and ready to launch your Summit K12 adoption.
Onboarding consists of two components that must be addressed:
- Part 1 is typically completed by the District or School Administrators.
- Part 2 is typically completed by a district's IT/Technology Department.
Part 1:
1.1 Complete the Summit K12 Admin & Teacher Roster
In order for admin and teacher classes to be created, download the Summit K12 Admin and Teacher Roster Template which is required to be completed and returned to Summit K12 Support. This roster must be submitted to Summit K12 Support before any purchased training takes place.

1.2 Schedule Your Purchased Training (if applicable)
Use the scheduling link included in your Welcome Email to schedule your purchased training through Calendly. For more information about Summit K12 training or for details on how to purchase training, please view:
Part 2:
2.1 Complete Student Rostering and Single Sign-on (SSO) Requirements
Please inform Summit K12 Support of your district's student rostering method and your preferred Single Sign-on (SSO), if applicable.

*Manual rostering of students can also be completed by the district/school administrators.
**Summit K12 does not receive rostering data from Clever or RapidIdentity. If using these third-party applications as a Single Sign-on (SSO), we recommend setting up a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) nightly transfer. We also support manually rostering your students.

2.3 Allow List
In order for all users to have the best experience using Summit K12, be sure to approve URLs and Websites from the Allow List in any firewall settings and push out the Summit K12 iOS application for any iPad users.
