1. Setting Up Accounts
Once your Summit K12 account is submitted to Summit K12 Support by your District or School Administrator responsible for Summit K12 and is uploaded to the LMS by the Support team, you will receive an automated email confirming account creation as well as your login credentials.
Please ensure to check your Spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. If you still haven't received the email after checking your Spam folder, you can use the "forgot password" link on the login page to reset your password and trigger a new email. In case you encounter any issues or have not received the email after following these steps, please don't hesitate to contact Summit K12 Support for further assistance.
Student accounts are typically set up by your district’s IT/Technology Department or your District or School Administrator for Summit K12. If you do not see your students on the platform, reach out to your Summit K12 Administrator or review Adding Additional Students to Summit K12.
