If you need help with an issue, visit the Summit K12 Help Center for articles with step-by-step instructions on topics such as getting started, technical questions, and product-specific questions.

Help Widget on Summit K12
On the Summit K12 LMS, you can select the Help Widget button at the bottom right of your screen.
You can use the Help Widget to see the top suggested articles for the page you are on, search for a specific help article, or submit a request to Summit K12 Support*.

Looking to Schedule a Video Call?
There are three types of video calls for support we offer:
- Pre-sale onboarding questions: Coordinate with your Sales Executive to schedule a meeting with Summit K12 Support to answer questions.
- Onboarding and Rostering Tech Call: Meet with Summit K12 Support for onboarding and rostering guidance after your purchase has been finalized. Review Schedule an Onboarding and Rostering Tech Call for scheduling information.
- Technical Support: Use the Help Widget or the Help Center website to submit a request for a technical support video call. Summit K12 Support will provide a link to schedule a meeting with a representative.

Hours of Operation
Summit K12 Support's hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Central Standard Time). Phone support is available from 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Central Standard Time).
