TELPAS Writing Readiness includes 6 quizzes for each Writing Item Type. These quizzes are incorporated in students' Reading-Writing PLPs or can be unlocked as standalone assignments.

Teachers can pull a class report that shows the students' average score in each category, a fraction that indicates the number of submitted quizzes out of the total, and an overall Writing average and PLD rating.
1. Navigate to the appropriate class and select Reports.
2. Select ELD Writing Mastery.
3. Select TELPAS Writing Readiness to view the completed quizzes for each Item Type.
4. On the class report, you can select a student's name to pull up a detailed individualized report. Click on the quiz score to view the student's responses to that particular activity.
Type 3 Writing quizzes are not auto-scored and should be rated by the teacher in order to be reflected in the Writing average and PLD. To learn more about Type 3 Writing quizzes, click here.
