9/8/2025 at 12:03 PM CT - The Summit K12 software development team has implemented a fix addressing slow load times for logging in, student dashboard pages, and loading reports.
9/8/2025 at 11:20 AM CT - Internal users began reporting slow loading times and an error message, "Exception - Report server connection failed".
9/4/2025 at 1:57 PM CT - A fix was deployed to the LMS to address performance degradation caused by uploaded state scores. Performance should be returned to normal working parameters.
9/4/2025 at 1:16 PM CT - Internal users began reporting slow loading times and intermittent error messages on Admin and student dashboard pages. The Summit K12 software development team began investigating to determine root cause and resolution.
