10/28/2025 at 8:31 AM CT - The Reports page issue has been resolved, and full functionality has been restored. Thank you all for your patience while our team worked to get everything back up and running!
10/28/2025 at 8:13 AM CT - We’re currently experiencing an unexpected issue with the Reports page in the LMS. All other areas of the platform are still accessible.
Our development team is actively investigating and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We’ll share updates as soon as we have more information or an estimated resolution time. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
10/21/2025 at 8:39 AM CT - AWS issues have been fully resolved, and our LMS is now fully operational. The temporary fix has been removed, and all pages, including state score uploads, are functioning normally.
We’ll continue to monitor site performance throughout the day.
10/20/2025 at 11:40 AM CT - Summit K12 has deployed a temporary fix to restore access to reports and student-facing pages. Please note that some reports may display stale data from Saturday while we work with AWS to fully synchronize live data.
As part of this mitigation, we have temporarily closed the State Upload page to prevent new data from being mixed in during the outage.
Our development team continues to monitor performance and coordinate with AWS to restore full functionality. We appreciate your patience and will provide further updates as progress is made.
10/20/2025 at 8:18 AM CT - We are currently experiencing an unexpected LMS outage due to an AWS outage. Our development team is actively investigating the cause and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
10/16/2025 at 10:47 AM CT - The Summit K12 LMS experienced a partial outage affecting Teacher Reports, some Admin Reports and the Student My Progress tab between approximately 7:45 AM and 9:00 AM CT. Access to these pages has now been fully restored. Our development team is continuing to monitor their stability to ensure everything remains fully functional. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this incident.
10/16/2025 at 8:02 AM CT - We’re currently seeing an issue affecting specific pages in the LMS, not the entire system. The error is appearing on the Teacher Reports and My Progress pages for students, as well as some Admin Reports.
Our development team is actively investigating the cause and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
