You can use the Help Widget embedded in Summit K12 to assist in answering common questions or resolving issues swiftly. It can be selected from the bottom right of the Summit K12 LMS:

Teachers and administrators can use the Help Widget to see a list of the top suggested Help articles or contact Summit K12 Support for personalized assistance.
If you are looking for a specific Help Article, you can type a keyword in the search box and press Enter on your keyboard.
Can’t find what you are looking for? Our Support Team is here to help! You can click Contact us and fill out the fields with your information and the specifics about your request. Summit K12 Support will respond via email.
Students
Students can use the Help Widget to search for solutions to common problems, such as connecting their microphone or guidance with finding an assessment. Student articles are found in English and in Spanish.
Students cannot use the Help Widget to contact Summit K12 Support as Support is unable to communicate with minors. A student who needs help will need to contact their teacher, review the student-friendly articles found in the Help Widget, or directly visit the Using Summit K12 - Students section of the Help Center.
Student-friendly articles are designated by the title "Student Question" or “Student Guide”. Once a student types in a keyword and selects Enter on their keyboard, a Top results list will appear. Students will select an article from the Top results list, and it will appear in the Help Widget box for them to review.
