Help Widget on Summit K12
On the Summit K12 LMS, you can select the Help Widget button at the bottom right of your screen.
You can use the Help Widget to see the top suggested articles for the page you are on, search for a specific help article, or submit a request to Summit K12 Support*.

Looking to Schedule a Video Call?
There are three types of video call support we provide:
Pre-sale onboarding questions: Coordinate with your Sales Executive to schedule time to meet and answer your questions.
Onboarding and Rostering Tech Call: Meet with Summit K12 Support for onboarding and rostering guidance after your purchase has been finalized. Review Schedule an Onboarding and Rostering Tech Call for information about scheduling.
Post-sale support calls: Send a support request by using the Help Widget or the Help Center website. Summit K12 Support will provide a link to schedule a customer call. You can also call 844-331-4737 and we can answer any post-sale questions.
Hours of Operation
Summit K12 Support's hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Central Standard Time). Phone support is available from 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Central Standard Time).
