Users with a School or District Admin account on Summit K12 are able to pull school- or district-wide data for all ELD Benchmark assessments in our Connect to Literacy - TELPAS Readiness program: Pre-test, Interim, and Summative.
Note - These reports are updated nightly. If a student submits an assessment, their score will not appear on Administrator reports until the following morning.
We offer the following reports that provide users with benchmark performance breakdown by teacher and by individual student:
- L-S-R-W Consolidated Progress Monitoring: This report generates a composite score for the student based on their combined benchmark performance. Additionally, you will see the score for each individual benchmark.
- Listening-Speaking Progress: This report generates all benchmark scores for the Listening-Speaking domains.
- Reading-Writing Progress: This report generates all benchmark scores for the Reading-Writing domains.
L-S-R-W Consolidated Progress Monitoring
1. Select Home and then Reports to find the reports dashboard.
2. Select the Admin Report Package icon.
3. Select Request Latest to ensure you're viewing the most updated report. Select Refresh Status to see when reports become available for download.
4. A report is available for download once the status reads "success" and Download is a blue hyperlink.
5. A composite score will be generated for each testing period (Pre-Test, Interim, and Summative) if the student has taken all four language domain benchmarks. The composite score is an average of the student's scores with each language domain weighted equally.
L-S-R-W Consolidated Progress Monitoring - All will provide the composite score for each student.
L-S-R-W Consolidated Progress Monitoring - School will provide an overall composite score for each school on the Pre-test, Interim, and Summative benchmarks.
Listening-Speaking and Reading-Writing Reports
1. Navigate back to your reports dashboard, and select Listening-Speaking Progress or Reading-Writing Progress.
2. This report provides a breakdown of benchmark data by teacher.
- The fraction indicates the # of students who have submitted a benchmark out of the # of students enrolled with a specific teacher.
- The decimal represents the average score for that particular domain based on the submitted benchmark.
Users can also download this table as a .xlsx sheet by selecting the Download button in the bottom-left corner.
3. To find the student breakdown, select Export Schoolwide Report near the top-right of the table and download the Year-to-Date data as a .xlsx sheet. District Admin accounts will select Export Districtwide Report.
4. Below is an example of the downloaded .xlsx sheet that provides the student breakdown. Every student enrolled in an ELPAC-tested grade-level course will be listed. If a score does not appear by their name, it indicates the student has not yet submitted the benchmark as of the most recent nightly sync. This particular report will also provide some useful data as outlined in the image below.
