California - ELPAC
Summit K12 scores mirror the proficiency level ELPAC composite scores as determined by the California Department of Education. Summit K12 chooses to report scores to the hundredths place in order to provide a more precise indicator of a student's English language proficiency as well as acknowledge the range of English proficiency within each language domain.
0.0 - 1.49 Level 1
1.5 - 2.49 Level 2
2.5 - 3.49 Level 3
3.5 - 4.0 Level 4
