What We Will Discuss
During the tech call, we will cover several key topics to ensure your onboarding and rostering is successful:
- Rostering*: We will discuss the rostering method you've chosen (SFTP, ClassLink, or manual rostering) and provide instructions for setup. If you're unsure which method is best for you, we'll help you decide.
- LMS Integrations: We will discuss whether an LTIA integration with Canvas or Schoology or an integration with Google Classroom is the best fit for your needs. This call will not get into the specifics of their setup.
- SSO Setup: We will confirm that a Single Sign-On (SSO) connection has been made or establish it during the call.
- Device Requirements: We'll review pushing out the Summit K12 iOS application if your organization uses iPads and discuss Technical Specifications, if applicable.
- Allow List: We'll discuss adding the necessary URLs to your firewall configuration to ensure smooth operation.
- Questions and Concerns: We will also address any additional questions or concerns you may have about the onboarding process to ensure you feel confident moving forward.
Have questions about implementation or class set up? These are best addressed during your scheduled professional development sessions with our Instructional Specialists or by checking out the articles in our Help Center.
*While it's not required to have your data ready before the meeting, please let us know if you are ready for us to test the connection on your call.
