It's important students familiarize themselves with the testing environment on Summit K12 assessments. As students work through an assessment, they can use the icons at the top of the page to navigate and understand how much they've progressed:
- A gray box indicates answered questions
- A white box indicates unanswered questions
- A blue box indicates the question the student is currently working on
Students can also use the Previous Page and Next Page buttons to navigate to different questions, or they can select the question number instead.
When students are ready to submit their assessment, they will navigate to the last question and select Finish attempt…
Once the students select Finish Attempt, the students will be taken to our SUMMARY OF ATTEMPT page.
Students should make sure it says Answer saved for each question.
If a question is Not yet answered, the students can use this page to navigate to any unanswered questions by selecting the hyperlinked number. Then, they can select Submit All and Finish when they're ready to submit their assessment for scoring.
A final confirmation window will pop up. Students should select Submit All and Finish again to confirm they want to submit their assessment. They can select Cancel to return to the SUMMARY OF ATTEMPT page.
After submitting, students will get to see how they did! If a question says Pending, that means it's waiting to be scored either by our program or the teacher.
Students can scroll to the very last question and select Finish Review to view their Personalized Learning Plan.
