Texas - TELPAS
Summit K12 scores mirror the proficiency level TELPAS composite scores as determined by TEA. Summit K12 chooses to report scores to the hundredths place in order to provide a more precise indicator of a student's English language proficiency as well as acknowledge the range of English proficiency within each language domain.
0.0 - 1.49 Beginning
