The Summit K12 iOS application is required on iPads to ensure all features are fully supported. Accessing Summit K12 through an internet browser instead of the Summit K12 iOS application will result in usability issues.

Download the Summit K12 App
1. Visit the App Store, search for "Summit K12", and download the free App.
2. If individual users are unable to download applications, please contact the district's IT support for additional assistance.
Log in through Summit K12 App
Please follow these steps to ensure users are loading the Summit K12 iOS app properly.
1. Tap the Summit K12 iOS App icon from the home screen of the iPad.
A. Manual Login with Summit K12 App
Log in by entering the district-assigned email address as the username and the district-assigned password or student ID# for the password. Select SIGN IN.
B. Single Sign-on (SSO) Login with Summit K12 App
If logging in with Single Sign-On (SSO), please tap the appropriate icon for what the school district uses. At this time, Summit K12 can support Single Sign-On with Clever, ClassLink, and RapidIdentity.
An internet browser will open to enter Single Sign-on (SSO) credentials. Sign on with the appropriate credentials. After the Summit K12 webpage loads on the internet browser, users will be prompted to choose Open in Summit K12 Application.
Please select Open in Summit K12 Application.
Users may see a pop-up notification asking to Open in "Summit K12"?
Please select Open.
After selecting Open, the iPad will automatically open the Summit K12 App and allow the student to see their courses.
If the Summit K12 application does not open after this step, please clear the cache on your iPad and try again. Please make sure all iPad users are logging in properly before attempting to access any coursework.
All Connect to Literacy ELD programs (TELPAS Readiness, ELPAC Readiness, WIDA Mastery) will need the microphone enabled for the Summit K12 iOS app on an iPad.
