Reaching My Summit Base
When you log into Summit K12, you will always see My Summit Base dashboard first. The My Assignments tab is located on the My Summit Base dashboard.
If you leave this page and need to return to it, you can select My Summit Base at the top right of your page when logged into Summit K12.
Finding an Assignment
Each assignment is on a square. If you have more than one assignment from your teacher, each assignment will have its own square.
If an assignment is an ELD Benchmark or STAAR Practice Test, the assignment will have an ELD Benchmark or Benchmark label.
You can select the Filter button to show only assignments that are marked as New, In Progress, or Late.
If you are enrolled in an English Language Development class, you can also choose between different filter buttons to view specific types of assignments.
You can select List if you would like to see your assignments in a list format instead of grid icons.
Starting an Assignment
To start an assignment, move your mouse over the assignment your teacher tells you to start. When you do this, the assignment will be outlined. Click on the assignment to open it.
