The Student Enrollment Report helps district administrators track enrollments in Summit K12 courses. With this report, administrators can check student enrollment across Summit K12 courses and campuses in their district. Use this report to monitor student enrollment for planning purposes and to gather insight for academic decisions.

To find the Student Enrollment Report, administrators will:
Select Home and then Account Management.
Select Student Enrollment Report.
Understanding the Student Enrollment Report
This report lists the school, grade level, student last name, student first name, and Summit K12 user ID followed by the Summit K12 course, class name, and teacher’s name with which the student is enrolled.
Summit K12 courses appear in the report in the following order: Connect to Literacy, RLA Mastery, Science, Vocabulary Boosters ELAR and Math, Biology, HB 4545 R/LA, HB 4545 Science, and HB 4545 Biology.
If a student is enrolled in a course, it will be indicated with an x, and the class and the teacher’s name will be listed.
If a student is enrolled in multiple classes of the same course, the class name will show as “Multiple” and all teachers’ names will be listed.
If a student is not enrolled in a course, it will be blank.
