The audio will automatically play and may contain instructions or provide situational context the student may need to know in order to successfully answer the upcoming question. It is important to note that the audio can only play one time if the student does not have accommodations.
As students work through an assessment, they can use the icons at the top of the page to understand how much they've progressed:- A gray box indicates answered questions
- A white box indicates unanswered questions
- A blue box indicates the question the student is currently working on
Students will use the Next button to navigate to the next question.
Students will not be able to return to the incomplete questions until the end of the assessment. They must continue moving forward.
1. When students are ready to submit their assessment, they will navigate to the last question and select Next. This will bring them to the SUMMARY OF ATTEMPT page.
The students can use this page to navigate to unanswered questions; however, once they return and answer a question, they will have to re-listen to the remaining audio to navigate back to the end of the exam. If the audio does not play automatically, we suggest having the student clear their cache to restart the audio. To learn how to clear the cache on a web browser, click here.
Due to the amount and length of audio recordings required to listen to throughout the assessments, we recommend students try not to skip questions as it will take them a while to navigate back to the end of the test.
2. Students should make sure it says Answer saved for each question. Then, they can select Submit All and Finish when they're ready to submit their assessment.
3. A final confirmation window will pop up. Students should select Submit All and Finish again to confirm they want to submit their assessment. They can select Cancel to return to the SUMMARY OF ATTEMPT page.
After submitting, students will get to see how they did! If a question says Pending, that means it's waiting to be scored either by our program or the teacher.
4. When students are done reviewing their assessment, they can scroll to the bottom of the page and select Finish Review to view their Individualized Language Learning Plan.
