TEKS Editing
Editing lessons include a Lesson Model Video, Practice, and Assess activities and can appear in students' RLA Mastery PLPs or be unlocked as a standalone assignment. TEKS alignment and scaffolded lessons are also conveniently identified for teachers. Practice activities are programmed to have a minimum passing requirement of 80% in order for students to access the Assess activity. Students who do not meet the passing requirement will be prompted to Try Again. Encourage students to rewatch the video, unlock any available scaffolded lessons or provide direct intervention as needed.
TEKS Revising
Summit K12's Revising lessons include a Lesson Model Video and 3 Revise activities. Much like the Editing lessons, these can appear in students' RLA Mastery PLPs or be unlocked as a standalone assignment. TEKS alignment and scaffolded lessons are also conveniently identified for teachers.

View Student Progress
1. Navigate to your RLA Mastery course and select the Reports icon at the top right of your class.
This will open up the TEACHER REPORTS DASHBOARD. Select TEKS Writing under the Reading and Writing Skills reports.
2. Each module has its own report! On this page, select the appropriate icon to find the corresponding student data. The scores that appear on this page are an average of completed activities in each topic.
3. To find scores for specific activities, click on the student's name under the TEKS Editing or TEKS Writing report.
4. Select the student's score under Assess and Edit to find their response to each individual question. Questions answered correctly will be highlighted in green. Questions answered incorrectly will be highlighted in red.*
5. The report for TEKS Writing Practice will show students' Writing scores for any compositions that have completed the writing process and have been scored by the teacher. The decimal represents the average of all the student's scored compositions in that particular category on a 4-point scale. The fraction indicates how many compositions in that category have been worked on.
*Teachers can find individual responses for most assignments. Assignments that are monitored for completion or practice may not offer access to individual student responses.
