Our Dynamic Sciences curriculum includes a TEKS-aligned Concept Mastery section that allows students to strengthen their understanding and reinforce their knowledge of science concepts.
Components
TEKS
The TEKS correlating to the activity will always be displayed, ensuring visibility for teachers to assign specific assignments that align with their current scope and sequence.
Scaffolds
If scaffolds are available, they will be marked with a scaffold icon and are included as additional practice. Scaffolds are activities associated with TEKS from a lower grade-level band that are aimed to provide students with practice in particular areas.
E-Book (K-2nd)
Our e-books are designed for easy reading on different digital devices with buttons that make for effortless navigation. They include images and are embedded with auditory support.
Vocabulary
The flashcards target vocabulary words that align with the lesson and are built with auditory support.
Video (3rd-up)
TEKS-based instructional videos enhance comprehension and retention. Our videos provide context for topics, reinforcing learning and solidifying concepts.
I-Study Guide (K-2nd)
Interactive study guides that review concepts provide an engaging way to reinforce recently learned material and enhance skill understanding.
Assessments
Track student progress and growth with our formative assessments. The amount of available assessments varies by grade level. All assessments can be printed and include easily accessible answer keys for instructors.
Assign
Assign a row of activities by selecting the assign buttons. When unassigned, the button will be red. When assigned, the button will be green and the activity will become accessible to students. If yellow, the activity is partly assigned to selected students.
