If you are a 5th-grade, 8th-grade, or Biology student, your teacher may assign a STAAR Practice Test on Summit K12. When you take the STAAR Practice Test, a learning plan will be created for you. This plan is called your PLP.
PLP stands for Personalized Learning Plan.
PLPs are designed just for you right after you take a practice test! A PLP is filled with activities that will let you practice the skills you need to work on to help you grow. Your PLP is created based on how you do on your practice test. This is why you must take your time on the practice test and do your best when answering questions.
1. If you’re enrolled in multiple courses, make sure you’ve selected the appropriate Science course on your student dashboard. You can find those directions in Student Question - How do I switch my courses?
2. Select STAAR Practice Test under My Assignments on your Dynamic Science student dashboard.
Please let your teacher know if you have any questions or problems.
