ELD Benchmarks - PLPs (1st-12th grade only)
In this section, you will find the Listening-Speaking benchmarks. Any testing windows set by the district will also appear here*. To learn more about the implementation of ELD benchmarks, click here.

*If a testing window has been set, the benchmark will not be available to unlock until the testing window opens.
*Benchmarks will not automatically unlock for students when the testing window opens
For students, this section is also where they will access their PLP, or Personalized Learning Plan. All activities, practices, and quizzes in a student’s PLP are pulled from the The Basics, Differentiated Practice, and ELPAC Readiness sections of the Listening and Speaking course.
The Basics
Under The Basics, depending on the grade level, you will find either one or two subsections.
This subsection includes four speaking practice activities, one listening assessment, and a Pronunciation Perfector activity, all focusing on present tense verbs. Past and Future Tense (2nd-12th only)
This subsection includes two speaking practices, one listening assessment, and a Pronunciation Perfector activity, all focusing on the past and future verb tense.

Differentiated Practice
In the K-1st grade courses, each theme in this section will have one listening practice and one speaking practice. In the 2nd-12th grade courses, each theme in this section will have one listening practice, a Pronunciation Perfector activity, and a speaking activity for each PLD level. These activities are ideal when wanting to differentiate practices for specific students by proficiency level, theme, or type of activity.

ELPAC Readiness
Under ELPAC Readiness, you will find two subsections: Listening and Speaking.
Listening
In this subsection, you will find the listening Item Type quizzes for your grade level. This subsection includes a lesson model and quizzes for each Item Type depending on grade level. To view a description of each Item Type, hover over the image in the Listening Skill Practice column.

Speaking
