The Connect to Literacy online Language Foundation Skills course for ELPAC Readiness covers 12 areas of foundational language development to build proficiency in all four language domains. This module includes the essential CA-CCSS skills from Reading Foundations, Language, Listening-Speaking, and Writing.
With more than 23,000 grade-level and language proficiency-level activities for students to learn and practice their English language skills, this course assists with accelerating English language acquisition and preparing Emergent Bilinguals for success on ELPAC, especially when used alongside our Listening-Speaking and Reading-Writing programs.

- Activities from this course will appear in students' Personalized Learning Plans (PLPs) and will vary depending on how students performed on their Progress Monitoring Assessments. Activities in PLPs will automatically unlock 1 at a time, from top to bottom, left to right.
- Instead of utilizing the PLP, you can directly unlock Language Foundation Skills modules and any practices or assessments as a standalone assignment. If you're unsure how to unlock activities in your ELPAC Readiness class, click here.

Modules in this course and the content available in each module will vary by grade level. K-8 will have their own unique Language Foundation Skills course, while grades 9-12 will all have the same content. View the table below for more information!
